The story

Things for people who read.

Books by miniblank makes clothes and things for readers: the annotation key you write on a first page, the date-due card stamped until it reads overdue, the pile of books still to be read, the line said at 1:47 a.m. Printed big or stitched small, on cotton, ceramic and paper.

Six tab colours.

Readers mark their pages with coloured tabs, and the six colours of our annotation key are the colours of the brand: pink for swoon, yellow for quotes to keep, blue for world-building, green for laughed out loud, purple for plot twist and orange for made me cry.

In Arabic too.

Al-Mutanabbi’s line «وخير جليس في الزمان كتاب», the best companion in any age is a book; the colour key in Arabic; qahwa wa kitab, coffee and a book; and نادي الكتاب, book club, stitched on the chest and a cap.
